After a two month process, Lymow made everything right. It really is the best mower available, when it is working. I have an Anthbot that does my back yard. It is adequate, but not nearly as good as the Lymow. That's why it is in the back yard.
I've had my Lymow One Plus for two months now. It worked amazingly well for all of three weeks, and has been a brick ever since. I have sent daily emails to customer support, only to have them respond when I threaten to go to my credit card company to get a refund. They have been telling me for two weeks they would send me a replacement, but I have yet to receive a shipping notice. They actually asked me to give them $500 MORE in advance of shipping me a replacement unit. I'm really hoping they get their ish together, as I was very impressed with its performance the first 3 weeks. Lymow, if you're reading this - do better!
