Cannot receive or make phone calls
Hi all, I have been a TW customer for over a decade now. I’d never had issues and had really enjoyed their service. However, I got a new phone and contacted customer service to help me activate it. I got talked into switching to an unlimited data plan for my husband and myself because it would save me money with a discount. My payment went from $62.33 to $43.88 or something like that. My husband’s phone has worked perfectly since then, but I have not been able to make or receive calls in over two weeks now. It gives an error stating something along the lines of “the number you dialed has certain calling restrictions that prevent the call from being completed.” I have spoken to countless agents and wasted hours upon hours troubleshooting this, and I still cannot make or receive calls. I wanted to see if anyone here could give me any troubleshooting ideas or have gone through this same issue. TIA!!!
