I am looking to gather insights around the following:

1. Is Height adjustable standing desk a fad or there are actual benefits?

2. Should I prefer a manual one or an electric one?

Context: I work for 10 to 12 hours a day. I look to add this as I believe this could help with afternoon sluggishness.
