Atualmente curso eng de materiais, estou no quarto ano, e gosto muito de utilizar a IA, mas não vejo muita utilidade prática na minha formação no quesito da profissão mesmo, tipo, eu uso para fazer trabalhos, estudar para provas, atividades, etc (não automaticamente. Mas, atualmente o que eu posso fazer para ele me ajudar mais e se comportar como um aliado? Além disso, como no futuro, ele pode ser utilizado para a engenharia de materiais especificamente, não consigo enxergar tanto assim, quanto para outras engenharias por exemplo.

I was following an interval workout:

• Walk 5 min
• Run 1 min
• Walk 1:30
• Repeat 6×

Instead of manually creating this workout on Apple Watch, why not let Apple Intelligence do it?

Imagine writing:

"Walk 5 minutes, run 1 minute, walk 1 minute 30 seconds, repeat 6 times."

Apple Intelligence would understand the workout, build it automatically, sync it to Apple Watch, and guide you through the entire session.

I also imagined something I called Intelligent Haptics.

Instead of a single vibration, the watch could communicate through different haptic patterns:

• increasing vibration = sprint starts soon
• decreasing vibration = sprint ending
• rhythmic vibration = breathing guidance during recovery

The goal is to keep runners focused on running instead of constantly checking the display.
