X6 froze on me, and pressing the power button again didn't help. I asked support what to try, and here's what they suggested.

I charged it with the original cable for 20 minutes, reseated the battery, tried a spare battery, and tested it with both the battery and memory card removed. None of that brought it back, so I sent it in for inspection. Support replaced it pretty quickly.

Sharing the steps here in case they help someone else. If X6 still won't turn on after trying them, I'd contact support, they are quite helpful in my case.
