Confused on a question about earnest money

Can someone help me understand this. On my Aceable prep it says that earnest money must be deposited within 2 working days of contract but on the trec contract it says within 3 days after effective date. Which one is right? Or what am I missing in this? Thanks!!!

Isitbullshit: I don’t think so, but what the heck is it??

I’ve been doing dr.Tobias’s cleanse and I am just disgusted with what is coming out.. in a good way, but like sooooo much mucous, and ickyness. I’m on day 13 and it’s still gross. I do feel better and far less bloated. I kind of want to do another round right away. Anyone think it’s bullshit and it’s actually harming my body? It’s almost like if u had a pipe that had years of build up and cut away the pipe… it literally looks like a lining of an intestine with a bunch of stuff stuck… like some were over 6 inches long. I keep visioning termors from the movie. I’m paranoid that they are dead footlong parasites or that my intestines are just getting destroyed by the pill

Texas real estate exam- process is going much faster than expected.

April 16-May 18th:Coursework through Aceable completed. Click on pic above to see the coursework through Aceable. http://share.aceable.com/7gzRbP?utm\_medium=referral&utm\_campaign=AA\_RE\_S\_Course\_L
💰they are currently having a sale for up to 50% off.

HINT: I got one of the premium packages and it included bonus coursework. Make sure you know which are the 6 courses that are required and work on those first. Go into each of them and complete a chapter. This is important because Aceable requires that you start and finish course in no less than 30 hours. Some courses I went through very quickly by just skimming the material. If I hadn’t have opened the courses and begun them, this would’ve taken a lot longer.

Although I haven’t taken the test yet I highly recommend this program. I’ve heard other courses are boring, but Aceable worked great for me as a neurodivergent. Little things like your phone vibrating when u get an answer correct helped with dopamine and the video portions often had cute pets as characters. This keep me engaged. It is very hard for me to stay focused. The audio ability helped me read along and the narrator is super corny sometimes so that made me laugh. I also listened to this YouTube for adhd focus: https://youtu.be/fZCthK3DB9U?si=J4LQvQizR0pKu9sP

May 18th application submitted to TREC

May 26th: received email with fingerprint background check registration information— they sent two emails. Make sure to wait till they send the email with your code.

May 27th: received email giving me code to register for exams

Scheduled exam for June 2nd… I feel like it’s better to just take it now instead of wait. Wish me luck!

Exam costs $43
Fingerprint cost: $37
Application fee for license: $206

Hope this helps!

Any tips on questions that were tricky?

Is it all multiple choice?

Was there a section you thought you should’ve studied more?

Joined a big box wholesale office. Is it like this everywhere?

Just started at a wholesale office… is the culture always this cold?

Joined a big box shop last week. It has a split office, disposition and acquisitions. I've never felt so invisible in a professional setting.
No one said hi. No welcome. Zero eye contact. Just heads down or talking amongst themselves.
I'm wired to connect and engage. Sitting there forcing myself NOT to talk to people was genuinely one of the stranger experiences I've had at work.
I get it's cutthroat. I'm not there to make friends. But is this just how wholesale offices are? Does it loosen up once you prove yourself, or is this the permanent vibe?
