Confused on a question about earnest money

Can someone help me understand this. On my Aceable prep it says that earnest money must be deposited within 2 working days of contract but on the trec contract it says within 3 days after effective date. Which one is right? Or what am I missing in this? Thanks!!!

TX, I have 2 last names, but only use one, will I be allowed to take the TREC exam?

Hello! I have a question and cannot find any answers, I have a middle name and two last names on my government ID, but on my application I only put the last name I use the most, however right before booking the appointment for the test, a warning popped up that requires me to have my name on the application match my government ID, will they allow me to take the test, or will I need to correct the mistake and how?
