Taking the TX real estate exam for the 2nd time this Friday — any tips to actually pass this time?
So I failed my Texas real estate license exam once already, both the national and state portions, and I've got my second attempt this Friday. Honestly not sure what I did wrong last time or how to study differently this time around. I've been going through the material but I don't feel confident it's sinking in.
For anyone who's passed (especially on a retake), how did you study in the days leading up to it? Did you use any specific prep courses, practice exam sites, or flashcard apps that actually helped? Any tips on where people usually get tripped up on the national vs. state portions?
Any advice at this point would help, trying not to psych myself out before Friday.
