Help! My competitive league isn't working! I've restarted both my laptop and Roblox, and it still tells me I've got no league, 0/1 points, and no tasks! What do I do next? Its been like this for months!

I'm having trouble with my DLCs.
I have the major DLCs (Motorhead, Airborne, High seas, Frozen Tracks, Packing heat, Rescue pack, and Space voyager) but they aren't loading. Trailmakers is saying they aren't installed, but in the app store, they are installed, and they're taking up space. I NEED MY DLCS BACK.
I've tried:
-Uninstalling a pack and re-installing it (didn't work)
-Game restart (didn't work)
-Xbox restart (didn't work)
-Xbox hard reset (didn't work)
I'm using an Xbox one. Please help!

I made a main "company" that manufactures the vehicles I make. Is this cringe? Or is this normal?
