Lost email access, BILT support not helping
I lost my email access. It was a student email and I graduated. I still have my phone number access. I’m trying to get support from BILT to help change the email address on file so that I can login to my account.
I called multiple times via the number on the back of my card. They said they changed it. But it didn’t help. I.e. they changed the email on file for the card, but not for the online portal.

They replied after two days and asking me to sign up via a link that provides me availability.
The earliest availability is in 2 weeks!
I cannot sign in to my online portal in these 2 weeks. I can’t even pay off my card!
Idk how it’s justified to just passively aggressively delay the process by 2 weeks even when I can give all the information they need right now.
