So frustrated with the hazard perception part of theory

I had my theory test on Friday. I got 46 out of 50 on the main test. Only 31 on hazard perception so I failed.

On one of the clips I accidentally held the mouse a bit too hard and it thought I clicked 4 times so I got 0.

The other clips I'm guessing I clicked too early or too late.

It's incredibly frustrating. My test was 5pm so I was the last one to finish. In the room behind me the two people that worked there started chatting and while they didn't distract me I thought that was incredibly unfair. I get that they just wanted to go home but anyone sitting their rest isn't allowed to make a sound so why should they?

It's disheartening having to rebook, I was so hoping to pass so I could book my practical 😭

Was I in the wrong?

So I've been cycling for around 3/4 weeks now to work as I'm learning to drive so this is my only option.

My route is 20 minutes and I use an ebike. The roads are country lanes but more on the quieter side. There's some temp traffic lights and I had to stop there this morning. As it's a hot day I let some cars past me and waited for the light to turn green again at the front.

As soon as it turned green, I went, sticking to the left as much as possible and unfortunately noone could overtake me. The lights change very quickly so I did hold up a couple of cars, but what can I do? It's not safe to walk there.

Anyway once the area opened up the car behind me was a leaner driver, and sped up, tried to ram me off the road and revved their engine. I'm only just about less anxious about people doing this but it did shake me up this morning.

So was I in the wrong? And what can I do in future to avoid this or deal with this better?

So I'm currently learning to drive and it will be a while yet before I pass.

I've just got a new job which I need to cycle to to get there quickly otherwise it will be an hour and 40 mins walk. (No busses here)

The route is country lanes and luckily it's pretty much just one long country lane with just one junction to cross. It will take me 24 mins.

Husband has got me an electric bike. I can ride it on the grass but I am absolutely terrified to go on the ground as I fell off it last week. The last time I rode a bike was 21 years ago age 11 and flipped over the handle bars and cut my arm open. So some trauma there about it!

The bike is a little big for me but I can get on and off it fine. Does anyone have any tips to help with the anxiety?
