Banned from placing orders for exchanging items for a different size
Hey guys, I have been recently been banned from placing orders. I reached out to customer support and got this response
"After careful review, we’ve identified irregularities in recent account activity. As a result, your account has been restricted in line with our internal policies, and we’re unable to process any further orders. This decision has been made in accordance with our terms and conditions and internal security processes to help protect both our business and our customers. nFor security reasons, we’re unable to provide further details, and this decision will not be reconsidered. No further responses will be provided on this issue."
This comes after buying a pair of tall pants in size small, and returning them for a medium, and then returning them again for a large.
Both times I left the product in perfect condition and did nothing wrong.
I have literally been banned because they are upset I used the return function and consted them postage fees and I've been flagged as someone willing to return items.
What a joke!!
