Any ideas !? I’m reading this is chronic EBV ..

I have an appointment with infectious disease tomorrow. I’ve been symptomatic for years.. If it is chronic EBV, what treatments have you guys done ?! Are there treatments?! I’m tired of feeling like 💩

What symptoms do you guys have ? Has treatment helped .

please help! chronic EBV !? Or something else. Was referred to infectious disease & hematology.

29F. 4’10. 120Ib. Medications: Prozac, buspar, potassium 20mEq, Zyrtec. & Fluticasone furoate ellipta 100mcg inhalation
Non-smoker/non-drinker/no drugs.

Medical hx: thrombocytosis, fibromyalgia, adenomyosis mild hypokalemia, abnormal RF value (consulted rheumatology.. still no answers yet), high immunoglobulin E

Symptoms: chronic fatigue, exercise intolerance, body pain/inflammation, heart flutters (see cardiology, work up has been normal), anxiety & panic attack with no cause, SOB, malaise, forgetfulness/brain fog

Please see lab work. I was referred to infectious disease & hematology. My numbers keep climbing and I had a positive PCR (source:blood) and a negative PCR (plasma)

I’ve been on Prozac but a very low dose since January & I’ve noticed that I’ve been having lower back pain and leg pain. Also slight shortness of breath like I have to keep taking deep breaths to feel satisfied (but could be anxiety too!??)

Anyone else ?

I have a cardiac phobia . My husband who’s healthier than me & has no heath issues (28M) went into a cardiac arrest during his sleep . I had to do cpr for 10min until paramedics came where it took 45 min to revive him in ER.

They ran so many test and it came back as idiopathic (no cause)..

I read that Prozac has a cardiac profile for causing arrhythmias. I’ve been on it since January.
But it scares me everytime I get flutters in my chest .

Anyone else feel this way ?
