Hab aktuell 2 Wohnungen Off Market zum kaufen Angeboten bekommen.

Wohnung 1: Faktor 15, 4400€ pro QM
Wohnung 2: Faktor 20, 3000€ pro QM

Beide Wohnungen sind im gleichen Haus, etwa gleichen Zustand und in absoluter Toplage, beide zu kaufen ist nicht möglich.

Welche würdet ihr Kaufen?

I’m currently making around 60k.

Some of the clients I work with would prefer to work with me directly, which could already account for around 30k in revenue. How many additional clients I could bring in beyond that is highly speculative.

Would you keep the job, or go self-employed?
