Hey!
I have a 3y/o male cat and have been feeding him the Purina Beyond wet (gravy) and dry food ever since he has been an adult kitty. But I’m pretty sure they are discontinued 🥲
I like doing dry food in the morning and wet food at night. Wet food is especially important to me since he is a male kitty and I wanna make sure he’s getting enough hydration.
I have just a little bit left of that dry food left but how should I go about transitioning him to a different food? He has a sensitive tummy for sure - I know cats can already have picky bellies but he used to have coccidia from the shelter when he was tiny. I’m wondering if any of that also plays a factor.
Anyyywayysss if anyone could give me recommendations on some other brands similar to the Purina Beyond specifically that would be much appreciated. I did Tiki Cat when he was a baby but I tried feeding it to him again a couple months ago and he was puking from it. I’d like to try it again tho if there’s a way to transition him more smoothly. Should I just feed him little amounts to start with? In a tough place because of that specific food line going away🙃
