This is my rough draft version, testing for ergonomics and just evaluating the design overall. I have plans this weekend to make a new version with a fresh purpose-built magnetic plate, slightly longer wrap-around (to allow for magnets to secure to the backside of the mounting plate) and a few other refinements like an anchored pen sleeve, anchored notebook string, etc.

My goals were to provide mounting for a passport notebook and pen, and to fully cover the camera when closed. And look cool and tidy.

This is still intended to go into my front pockets and be only marginally larger than the phone on a robust case. The phone is easily removable but I'm finding that I end up using it while in the case most of the time.

I haven't seen anyone else do this with the newer foldables,and I think the format of the phone really lends itself to this.

From about 6 lbs of fruit to 1 cup of paste and 2 quarts of ketchup.

If you haven't made homemade ketchup with your tomatoes, I highly recommend it. The end product is sooo fresh and velvety! Just make sure you have a good way to remove the various seeds / skin remnants. I've manually filtered mine the last two years and this year with the mill it was a breeze.

When we have tomatoes that we aren't ready to use yet, we just bag them and freeze them. They go into either pizza sauce or the ketchup.
