For redditors who are saying BJP started hindu muslim politics in Bengal & it was all peaceful before here's a list of incidents to refresh memory

2010 Deganga – As opposition leader, stayed silent on Muslim mobs attacking a temple to secure minority votes for upcoming election.

2012 Park Street – Called the gangrape "fabricated." Transferred woman IPS officer Damayanti Sen after she identified real culprits.

2013 Garden Reach – Police shielded a TMC leader who killed a sub-inspector. Action came only after media outcry.

2013 Taltala – Main accused (TMC leader) got safe passage after shooting a sub-inspector dead in daylight.

2016 Dhulagarh – Dismissed communal riots as "small incident." Victims said police watched as homes were looted. Transferred the SP who took action against rioters.

2016 Red Road – Son of TMC-linked leader ran over and killed an IAF corporal. Administration sat on initial response.

I live in a posh neighbourhood & specially since 2021 there was agressive mosques & aazan on loudspeaker being given 5 times a day Since 4 may we've noticed a reduction in aazan loudspeaker
