Rain & storms linked to Tropical Storm Isaias could impact these Week 5 games 🌧️

Wednesday Update: I'd say the biggest weather story I'm watching for Week 5 is the potential influence of Tropical Storm Isaias and its associated moisture on parts of the eastern U.S. this weekend.

Four games are standing out right now on Kickoffweather.com

NYG @ WAS: 5/10
🌧️ Thunderstorms currently expected, with around 0.25-0.35" projected
💨 Winds 5–15 mph, gusts up to ~30 mph
🌡️ Temperatures in the low to mid 60s

IND @ PIT: 3/10
🌧️ Thunderstorms currently expected, with around 0.10" projected
💨 Winds 5–15 mph, gusts up to ~25 mph
🌡️ Temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s

CLE @ NYJ: 3/10
🌧️ Rain currently expected, around 0.10" projected
💨 Winds around 5–15 mph
🌡️ Temperatures in the low to mid 60s

CIN @ MIA: 3/10
⛈️ Chance of thunderstorms
💨 Winds around 5–15 mph
🌡️ Temperatures in the low 90s

Tropical Storm Isaias is expected to strengthen and move inland this weekend, and I’ll be watching closely to see how much of that moisture gets pulled north and east into the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. The exact track and timing will be critical for these games. I also wouldn’t be surprised to see forecast rainfall totals increase as we get closer to kickoff.

How much do you guys actually factor weather into NFL bets?

I'm a meteorologist and football fan who got tired of digging through weather forecasts every week. I built KickoffWeather, which ranks NFL games by weather impact and lets you see wind, temperature and precipitation, plus how individual players have historically performed in similar conditions. I'm curious if weather actually factors into your betting/prop process, or if you mostly ignore it. KickoffWeather.com
