Canceled order still consuming my Pay in 4 spending power. Merchant canceled, first payment refunded, but $1,500 pending authorization won't drop. Help?

Hey everyone, looking for a workaround for a specific internal PayPal credit limit issue.

On August 12, I tried to buy something for $1,499.99 from Guitar Center using Pay in 4. The order was canceled by me because the merchant said that the product was broken and they asked me if i still wanted it(obviously i canceled it). The first down payment hold actually dropped off my Bank of America card already, so my bank balance is fine.

However, the Pay in 4 plan itself is still sitting in my PayPal app as "Pending Authorization" (showing 0 of 4 paid, plan hasn't started yet).

Because this dead $1,500 authorization token is still open, it is completely consuming my PayPal Pay Later spending power. I can't use Pay in 4 for any other purchases because PayPal's internal algorithm thinks I am maxed out on active debt.

Support has been a finger-pointing game:
1)Guitar Center says they canceled the order and are done.

2)PayPal support admitted that the pending authorization must be voided my the merchant itself or they told me it could take weeks to drop off.

Has anyone figured out a way to get PayPal to refresh or recalculate your Pay Later spending limit after a merchant cancellation? Do I really have to wait the full 30 days for the token to auto-expire just to get my purchasing power back? Any tips to get this escalated past tier-1 support would be amazing. Thanks!

Want to get into modular. Need resources.

I’m transitioning from a daw to a dawless setup(I play Techno) and am fascinated by the expandability which modular offers. I’m a complete beginner. Can you guys suggest me any guides and resources which i could use to understand the basics and build my first modular?
