Travelling to germany

Many Egyptians talk about traveling to Germany for residency because it’s easier than the US for example but it feels weird to me like it’s too good to be true is there a trade off when it comes to pursuing specialization there?

Frustrated by beginner partners

Hi guys. I have been playing in 3 week tournaments every so often for a couple years and I haven’t been able to win at beginner level as they set me up with 6 random partners for 6 games each Friday then use my total points to see if I even qualify for finals.

Anyways I am just alittle frustrated because I keep getting paired with complete and utter beginners that dont know how to serve or return shots 90 percent of the time.

I play in the front most of the time because I am alittle weak but I find myself losing so many matches due to my partners service mistakes or the fact they cant cover the back of the court and even when I try to cover the back they can’t manage in the front so I find myself running around the court the whole time and I get exhausted and I cant play well anymore.

Not sure what to do about this honestly like is there some way I can strategize better yk so I don’t get so tired.

Keeping in mind I honestly don’t know how to or lack the confidence to try new types of shots other than lifting, net play sometimes and basic forehand defense ifywik even if I learn I get scared to try and apply them and end up failing and losing a point when I’m already down because of my partners mistakes.

Difficulty as a beginner

I love badminton and I’m passionate about it, but as of recently, I haven’t been able to play except during summer break on account of medical school. Every time I come back to my country to play at my club, I feel so behind. All my friends go up a level, while I’ve been stuck at the same level for years. I just feel so embarrassed and frustrated, I feel like a loser, and that everyone at the club is judging me for not improving when even people who started after me as total beginners that I significantly better than are now levels above me

How do I overcome this intense feeling of embarrassment?

It’s gotten so bad that I’m too ashamed to show up to the club anymore

Just to clarify the country I study in isn’t big on badminton so courts are nonexistent
