Filling for step daughter
I filed 1I30 and I485 concurrently for my 16 yr old step daughter, my husband has conditional green card and we have been married for 3 yrs. His removal of condition on his green card is still pending but he was given an extension.We have our interview today. I was told I have been approved as her sponsor. Does that affect her approval?
