i got it as a gift a while ago (it had flowers then), and now it’s looking so fucking sad

i’m obviously watering it (at some point i thought maybe she’s overwatered so i stopped a bit), i thought she was too hot or too cold but nothing is really working and she just keeps looking worse and more dry, someone tell me what to do pleaseee
