I've emailed but Idon'tt ever seem to get a response to emails, which is frustrating. I want to love this company because they offer such a huge selection of really cool and more basic genetics. But first I didnt get the brain frost syringe that I ordered, and then I had zero growth on agar. Figured maybe it was just that there wasnt enough genetic material in the sample I placed on the plate. So after several weeks I nocc'd up fresh plates, this time ensuring that there would definitely have been enough to grow. Again, nada.

Then I figured "fuck it" and shot the whole syringe between three bags and have had absolutely nothing grow.

I was so excited to receive this syringe and its clearly a dud.

Anyone else had a successful grow from this strain from mycoworld? Wondering if its worth asking for a replacement syringe if i ever get hold of the dude, or if I should be seeking a refund?

I'm after a little advice.

Mycoworld is an epic site and the genetics they offer are absolutely second to none.

I placed an order almost immediately on discovering the site. My husband actually paid as a birthday present to me. The process was easy peasy and I was kept up to date the whole way along.

The problem came when I received my order to discover that they had not sent out the genetics I was most excited to receive, and instead sent me out a pretty basic strain.

I have emailed three times and not had a response.

I’ve emailed again today and will give it a few more days, but I'm wondering if anyone here has had any joy ironing out problems with orders?

I've got other strains sat in my cart but don't want to be spending any more money if I can't be sure to receive what I order. Any advice?
