What is this pink/blue static on my videos (only does it on my end)?

Two of my recent videos are showing this pink and blue static that won’t go away. It only does that for me, and appears normal for everyone else.

How can I fix this and why is it doing that?

No turn on red - sat blvd / mcginnis intersection

There’s a “No turn on red” sign at the traffic light on the Mcginnis Ferry Rd and Satellite Blvd intersection that was recently placed.

Am I supposed to still go? Because everytime I, or other people stop, people rage for not going. Just want to make sure I don’t get pulled over though for not stopping🥲
