I’m going to have my third boy in December. We’re thinking of the middle name Jonah.

Fallen tree
Location: Ohio
We had a thunderstorm come through and a top of our tree split, landing in the road and the neighboring yard.
No damage was caused to either of the neighbors houses.
My understanding was it would fall under an “act of god” and they’d be responsible for cleanup of the fallen tree.
Their version of cleaning it up was pulling it into our yard to deal with it. I have photographic evidence that it was in their yard when it originally fell and of them moving it.
What do I do?
