Other than getting a gear or cash is there any difference to weather you spare or kill after pvp

Hi. Any help appreciated.
Hi my daughter was living with my sister and she was caliming for her as primary carer.
I lost my job and put a claim in for UC. I accidentally put my daughter in my claim (Have taken her off now). A few days ago I got a notification telling me my child was on somebody else’s claim.
I have updated the claim to show otherwise

Do I have anything to worry about
