On Birth control and had diarrhea. Asking About potential reduced pill effectiveness.

Hello everyone!
asking for myself. I am on birth control, specifically loloeetrin. About 7 months in.

I had severe diarrhea this past Thursday. from that morning to that night. It was about 10+ episodes in that same day. The next day on Friday I had about three episodes. Fast forward later on that Friday had Sex with my boyfriend. Saturday too.
Saturday I had experienced cramping and nauseous feelings…And then Sunday I had breakthrough bleeding for a whole day. Also with cramping. I am also NOT on my withdrawal time of the pack. I am on the second week of a pack. Does this mean my pills effectiveness was compromised? Should I do something about this? Any help appreciated.
