Asylum for an American?

I think I accidentally posted this in someone else's thread, so I’m trying again.

Is being shot at due to being transgender something Canada would reject for asylum? The problem there is that I don't possess concrete proof that I was shot at. It came from across the road, but that's all I know. I didn't see who it was that fired the shot, and I don't know the exact spot they were in. All I really know is that I scrambled like hell to get inside. That was about 3½ weeks ago, and I haven't so much as looked out my window since. My wife has had to take care of everything outside the house because I'm too scared to go. I've been getting daily death threats for the last decade. After a while it became rather blasé. But it still continued to scare me. As a result, I've all but resigned myself to an early grave due to this shit.

If someone can help me I would really appreciate it. I've spoken with the Canadian Embassy in Washington DC, but I wanted to ask here as well. If I knew someone personally who is a Canadian, I would talk to them about helping me out. But as it sits right now, I don't actually know anyone.

Seizures

I’ve been searching for an explanation for an issue I've been dealing with for a long time now. When I have a bowel movement, I have a massive seizure. My entire body goes into extreme convulsions. It looks like I’m trying to beat up the air. Typically I can't even finish due to the seizure. I end up collapsing on the floor, and sometimes I involuntarily finish on the floor.

In trying to find an explanation, everything is saying that epilepsy is a likely cause. So I need to know if anyone has ever heard of, or dealt with this. Obviously I absolutely hat it, but at the same time I don't know what I can do to help myself deal with this. I don’t know if it could have anything to do with it, but I have advanced muscular dystrophy. Due to being autistic, I often have difficulty understanding aclot of things, so if anyone has any ideas or thoughts, you might want to dumb it down and simplify it.

Thanks for reading everyone. I appreciate you taking the time to help if you can.
