I want to cry
So I saw my pinkie is missing two plugs and I decided to give her a wash and then CHUNKS OF HER HAIR FELL OFF. I NEVER had situation like this. Why?? What happened? I have her since childhood and it upset me very badly.... I could've leave her alone but literally what happened
