So I just got these. Def hear the white noise. Updated firmware. Tried messing with settings. USB port switching with and without adapter. Sounds feels pretty hollow even trying out different presets and online suggestions and it really just feels like im talking in a bubble, like I'm talking with my ears plugged. Did I get a bum pair? Maybe somebody has a suggestion or tweaks that can help before I consider returning.

I've seen some rhetoric about how these are set to get the true tone instead of more bass heavy tuning like most other headsets. The white noise is a bit miffing and might tell me that it's out of wack like other posts saying that it should not be present. Any help is appreciated.
