

Is 18k reasonable for a firm in BGC?

I was surprised with what they offered to my sister’s bf. Knowing na they are a known firm and looks nice pa naman.
Now he’s a bit reluctant because, while it does seem like a nice place to work, the rent might be high (as expected) and the commute is 🥀🥀. That’s actually why he left his first job in the first place
whats a decent asking salary for an underboard in BGC or Makati firms?
I graduated 2025 last with 10 months of previous work experience at a small firm
EDIT: I know other softwares besides AutoCAD; Also graduated from a well known university; I also have work experience in woodworking and more (since high school til today) if that also counts
