We’re eying this particular lot to build our house on. Pasok na budget ang price, cemented road, okay ang neighbors - but it has a creek at the back. May water lang sya kapag umuulan, then it is 5-6 feet deep, never naman daw umapaw historically.

Ano yung pros and cons ng ganito area? Would you, as architects, build your house near one?

Hi! I just completed a training course in Revit Architecture, and I’m wondering if it would be advisable to take additional courses in Revit MEPF and Structural.

I’m a fresh grad about to start my apprenticeship, so I don’t have any work experience yet. Would taking these courses be too advanced or too early for me, or are they still within the scope of what I should be learning at this stage?

I’m planning to venture into the BIM niche in the future.
