
I would like to know how many pull ups you can do and your age bracket.
"grease the groove" lang ako ng tatlo whenever I pass by our home pull up bar by the door frame...hoping I could build more strength over time... 6 is the most I can do, deadhang time 60 seconds ...normal lang kaya to for a kwarentahin?
