Accidentally used a Catch Anywhere

I acidentally used a Catch Anywhere within range of an airport that I have unlocked because I didn't notice it had returned me to my original coordinates while my screen was off.

Has there ever been discussion of a potential update that would make it so that when you click on an aircraft within the range of any airport you have unlocked that you could catch it without having to first navigate to the airport and hit travel for free?

Would there be any drawbacks to that?

New card. Not a new tail number. That’s odd.

I caught this aircraft today as Supermarine Aircraft Spitfire. But have caught the same tail in the past, just labeled as a regular Spitfire.

[PSA] Two things I was doing thinking I was clever, that were actually quite dumb.

  1. Blending my favorite sunscreen with my favorite tinted moisturizer in for a one step morning routine. - I would take 15g of Canmake Mermaid UV sunscreen and 15g of Anne T Dotes tinted moisturizer. Put all that in a ziplock bag, squish it around, then squeeze it into an airless pump. It was great because the tired moisturizer is a great color for me, but it doesn't spread well on its own. Turns out, I was ruining the effects of my sunscreen in two ways. One, diluting it creates gaps in the molecular chain. Two, premixing degrades the UV blocking properties.

I couldn't figure out why I was getting dark spots and overall sun damage when I was so consistent with my sunscreen application!

  1. Due to laziness, I was using facial wipes to "wash" my face at night. Apparently that just smears everything around.

My new routine:

Morning:

-Rinse face with warm water.

-Apply Rosacea cream (I just got prescribed this Azelaic acid blend. Will start it once it gets delivered this week)

-First Aid Beauty, Ultra Repair Cream (wait 5 min)

-Canmake Mermaid UV gel sunscreen (wait 10 minutes)

-Anne T Dotes tinted moisturizer (still doesn't spread well, i could use some advice on how to make it more slippy feeling!)

Night:

-Wash face with CeraVe Moisturizing facial cleanser (wait 30 minutes)

-Apply Tretonin mixed with CeraVe in the tub (Wait 10 minutes. Just get prescribed this a few days ago. I'm on day 3)

-More CeraVe in the tub.

Eyelids [routine help]

Looking for suggestions on how to clear up my eyelids after using Radiant Tone night cream.

I stopped using it once I realized what was causing the scalyness. But that was about a month ago and it still hasn't cleared up. I did put a dab of hydrocortisone on it for a couple days, but I know that's not great for your face.

Any suggestions on how to clear my eyelids?

My current routine is almost non-existent. I wash with CeraVe foaming facial cleanser. Put on Olay regenerist moisturizer in the evenings. And in the mornings, I use Canmake mermaid sunscreen and The Balm tinted moisturizer.

I fully recognize that the answer might be "go see a dermatologist, you idiot. " And that's totally fine! Just want to make sure there isn't an obvious solution I don't know about.

Is there a way to fast travel between airports that I currently have unlocked and can travel to for free?

It's tough to remember where each one is and scroll all the way to it manually every time.

Why does it still say this if they have now reached the 10 day over $1 requirement?

Heel spur and PF. High heeled sandals hurt less than Brooks?

I have a spur in my left heel that causes constant pain. I also have PF. Podiatrist confirmed that is a spur, not a fracture. I can lessen the pain with regular stretching, elevation, and ice. I have also used lots of different inserts. None seem to help.

Now that summer is here, I've been wearing these sandals and have found that I have far less pain with the sandals than with my normal Brooks sneakers.

Why would that be? Are Brooks just not the right choice? I will say that the sandals are more form fitting and provide more structure than the sneakers.

Update on the English Ivy wreaths I made a three weeks ago.

A few weeks ago I posted about how I made braided twine and wreaths out of some invasive English Ivy that grows in my backyard.

The wreaths and rope are still going strong! Someone suggested that I treat it as "Process Art" and just keep putting in random little things on them for decoration. That has been the best idea ever and it makes me smile every time I add something.
