Is it possible to try applying ME Japan visa for first timer?

I want to try my luck to apply ME Japan visa, if denied possible naman po yata ibigay ang SE. Instead of applying SE lang. Unemployed but have savings and good guarantor background. What do you think po? Thank you be kind po. hehe
