Hi, I'm Carl naturally slim because of Acid Reflux issues, wanted to start working on my body to achieve my goal physique (2nd and 3rd photo) Apparently I can't lift really heavy weights and certain foods because it might trigger my acid. Are there any advice for total beginner here on where should I start and what should I do especially for those who also had the same problem that I have? Any help is greatly appreciated
