So about a year ago I had to intervene in a situation, that led me to have a BnE and intimidation charges on me. It hasn't gone to trial, as the defendant fled the country and has basically been kicking the can down the road for myself. We have an upcoming date for the 13th, where we will be setting a trial date. I was wondering how this will affect my chances of visiting New Zealand? Or getting a visa? I am not sure how likely it would be for me to get a long-standing visa, depending on when the actual date for trial is. However I'm just curious for any sort of answer, as my lawyer is not very good at picking up or returning calls :')
Just to say I didn't break in to the place, I have a copy of the key to where I supposedly broke in and my mother had given me permission to enter.
