Basically the title but in the end the twist being she slowly has to relearn everything but she still can't remember her love interest. It was very bitter sweet. It had some side plot with her dad I think being the reason she had this happen to her. And when she was in a coma she was taken to a lab that her family owned or something. Her love interest visited her everyday wait for her to wake up. When she did she was essentially a child mentally and had to relearn everything from basic body functions to learning how to read and write.
