I recently installed a three phase GoodWe 12kW hybrid inverter with a battery system. The house is 3-phase and also has an older on-grid solar system.

The issue I’m facing: when running around 5–6 inverter ACs on ground floor along with other heavy loads (fridges, etc.), suddenly all heavy loads of the house shut off. The essential loads continue working normally.

This also happens when I connect my 3kW EV car charger along with 4–5 ACs.

The strange part:

GoodWe app still shows Grid Connected
No warning/error code
No event log entry
Inverter remains online
The middle indicator light on the inverter turns solid yellow during the issue
After around 10–30 minutes, heavy loads come back automatically and the inverter returns to normal

The house has around 15 ACs in total, but only 4–6 were running when this happened. Since WAPDA is available, I expected any extra load beyond the inverter capacity to be supplemented by the grid instead of the heavy-load circuit shutting down.

Could this be a heavy-load contactor/ATS issue, breaker issue, phase imbalance, or incorrect wiring/configuration? Has anyone experienced something similar with GoodWe hybrid inverters?

My doctor says it should be okay but I want to know if anyone’s taking it and how their experience has been. Doctor is apprehensive about minoxidil so is finasteride on its own enough?

I have a 10Kw goodwe hybrid solar system with a 14.3kWh battery and net billing.

My area experiences occasional load shedding, especially these days, so I don’t want to fully drain the battery overnight and then have no backup if the power goes out.

I’m considering the following strategy:
Keep the battery reserved overnight in case of an unexpected outage.

If no outage occurs, allow the system to use the remaining battery energy between around 4-5am and sunrise so the battery is mostly depleted by the time solar production starts. I have three ACs on so it’ll drain fast

Then let solar recharge the battery during the day and export excess energy to the grid.

Does this sound like the most efficient way to operate a hybrid system with net billing while still maintaining backup protection?

How do others with GoodWe (or similar) hybrid inverters handle this? Do you keep a fixed reserve all night, or do you intentionally discharge before sunrise to maximize solar self-consumption and battery utilization?

I’d appreciate hearing what settings and strategies have worked best for you.

I recently found out that my scheduled remote transmissions are generating significant charges, which I wasn’t aware of when I was enrolled in the service. My device sends automatic transmissions every 3 months.

Is it possible to turn off routine scheduled transmissions and only keep alerts for important events or device issues? I’d appreciate hearing how remote monitoring is handled at your clinic and whether you’ve had any success adjusting the settings.
