I had taken letrozole from cd 4 - cd 9 I believe, however, we had done a third ultrasound around cd 17 and had no mature follicles. Doctor told me to keep an eye on my symptoms as it was still possible to ovulate later in my cycle. Cd 23 my temps started rising and I had a high result on Premom ovulation strips cd 23 and cd 24. I do think I ovulated this cycle. My period has not started and my temps have stayed elevated. Today I got the minor signs notification also.. tested this morning with an easy @ home and it came back negative. Did I test too soon? Any insight?
