Am I going to receive this?

Tracking has been stuck since 5/8 saying customs payment due but I’ve called DHL and they said nothing is actually due, it’s all been paid. Original delivery date was Monday, it just keeps pushing the estimated date back with no movement

Link to pay duties just goes back to the tracking page

I have a package coming from Japan to the US, tracking states it is held until I pay duties but the link to pay just takes me back to the tracking page. I did not receive a text/email for payment due it’s just on the tracking. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you resolve?
