Hey everyone,
I just tried a tattoo machine for the very first time today and wanted to share my first attempt on fake skin. I drew a sniper rifle (awp) freehand with a ballpointpen first because my stencil paper didn't work out.
my lines are definitely shaky, and I’m having a hard time figuring out the right needle depth and hand speed on the silicone mat. Wiping away the excess ink was also a huge mess.

I used a tattoo pen at 7.2V. Any constructive criticism or tips on how to get solid lines and consistent depth would be awesome! Thanks🤞🏻
