Would this be considered an off center strike?

Noticed a split on the bottom rim. Would this be considered an off center strike?

The S touching the date-would this happen during minting?

Newbie here, so don’t come for me…just curious what causes a coin to do this?

New to coin collecting, but from my research it looks to be an annealing error. Definitely different color than the rest of mine. The pics and lighting don’t fully show the color and tone. Can someone help me learn how to tell if it’s just a post-mint coloring error, or if it’s from the annealing process?
