I got a text message I was going to get trained to pick. I originally did singles pack … oh my goshhh. It genuinely tires me out so bad and my body has been so sore and in so much pain. I don’t know how you guys do it. Singles pack is very low effort compared to that. Carrying boxes or items in general up and down. I have to do a total of 80 hours so far I’ve done only 20.
