I have applied for SSC CHT exam on 24 april, used kotak gateway and upi, money got deducted but status still showing pending in my application status

When i try to make payment again today, i got the error - "Payment is completed for this application."

Verify payment option also not working neither on pc nor on app

i have sent the mail also today in morning to helpdesk for this issue.

Please help me if you know something about this issue
