Does anyone know how side event prizing works? Can you get more of the same championship packs as regional entry? Im about to submit my gencon list and curious if the side events are worth it.

Just got beat in the final of an ultimate cup from a dude using proxies.....I'm pretty pissed. Am I being a sore loser? He did not announce it or ask.
