I bought my (second) litter robot a few weeks ago and am so happy with my purchase. However, the main reason I was comfortable with springing for another was because I know I have excess FSA funds this year and was excited to use them for something that definitely makes my life easier.

The problem is, my FSA is denying the claim with the reason listed below. I messaged my FSA provider and they said that I just need to get the LMN to specifically say “litter robot” and name whiskercare somewhere. I emailed sika almost a week ago and haven’t heard back from them. Just sent them another email too, has anyone had luck hearing back from them or getting a new LMN? It would be a huge bummer to not get this reimbursed :(
