2x12v 100ah mini + 2000W or 1000W inverter 12v vs 24v?

I am very new to this and thinking of creating a power station. I have 2 x HYSINCERE Mini LiFePO4 Lithium Battery 12V 100Ah on the way. They are 9kgs each. I will also be buying a green cell or renogy inverter. leaning towards the latter due to perceived quality reliability. I am in southern Spain. Can I connect these 2 together to get 24v and which inverter I can hook up? 1000W 24v or 2000W 12V What would be the pros for running these at 24v or cons?

My use for these would be to have a back up for my laptop and two 24 inch monitors, plus the wifi router in a power outage situation and I also want to learn so that I can one day go big by full solar if possible. I can also try charging these via my patio since I live in an attic.

I also have 2 solar panels one is foldable the other is flex both have in theory 100W but I am mostly keeping this power station to be charged via home outlet since I have a 12V 20A or 24V 10A charger.

Many thanks in advance.

Allpowers R600 extra capacity with 12V 100Ah battery

Greetings and thank you for moderators allowing me to post. Obviously a newbie here and I have an Alpicool NL15 15L Portable Car Refrigerator 12 Volt Mini Fridge that is connected to Allpowers R600 "powerstation" which should last about 6-8 hours where I live in the summer (southern Spain, temps will be 40+ (and more in the car)).

I am planning to add more capacity on the cheap to Allpowers R600 with supposedly 300wh and as I shared in the photo I am thinking of buying a 12v 100Ah battery to connect to my R600 so that when I go to camping I can use the fridge over a weekend without any worries of running out of juice.

Do you think above solution is safe? Would it fry my R600 or degrade the longevity of internal battery/inverter? I may be buying a second R600 to be connected with 100W "portable" solar panel as well so I will be alternating power stations but I want to feed the power to the fridge and a small tablet from one of the R600s all the time with the "external battery" (connected via XT60 socket which R600 has). Is this a bad idea?

PS: I am not affiliated with neither of the above. Just checked Amazon EU as to find the cheapest deal possible.

PS2: Second picture is my Golf IV with an airbed for a single person weekend cara/van to get me started.

Many thanks in advance.

Just bought a 15euro air matress 135x190 and it fits perfectly to my 5 door Golf (I am also buying another one as a backup) with all back seats folded, bottom and headrests removed. Zero modifications in terms of any wood, frame etc. Air matress is firm/comfy enough.

I have a 600W powerstation with 2x regular outlets, multiple USBs, carport etc, an 80W portable solar panel and a 15L fridge also ready, which will fit behind the back seat footwells and ready to go!

Cherry on top, I also have sunrooof so I will be sleeping under the stars.

Wish me luck!
