In the process of buying a house

1980s build

We’ve had a survey for asbestos and the only thing that has come up is the artex, 5 out of 30 sampled positive for Chrysotile but the others weren’t (but ‘very likely’ and recommendation is to manage)

Planning to skim the ceilings but tempted to put some down lighters in. Is that even an option now? If I want to cut a few holes do I need to get a contractor to remove the whole lot?
