I grew up fishing and fly fishing trout with my grandpa…landed tons, but only trout, mostly in Oregon and other northwest states. In 2022 I picked the sport back up after a decade and tried bass fishing. This was probably my third cast I made and is still my PB to date…after going fishing every weekend the last 4 yrs. Anyone else feeling that damned “beginners luck?”
